- What are some things that teenagers need to focus on in our group?
- As a leader how can you focus the attention of teenagers on things that matter?
Goals

Distractions
- What can you do to remove distractions from your life that are keeping you from achieving your goals?
- Is there anything that distracts you from impacting the students in the room on Wednesday nights/Sundays?
True success isn’t about doing more. True success is doing more of what matters most.
- What matters most in our youth ministry?
- On a personal level are you doing things that are good but keeping you from moving forward with more important things?
